The project aims to formalize multi-sector collaboration mechanisms and institutional governance policies across public, private, and civil society actors to ensure a unified approach to disaster preparedness. It focuses on advancing localization by establishing a comprehensive PRP Road Map and framework that builds grassroots capacity, enhances local leadership, and addresses climate resilience. Additionally, the initiative promotes inclusive governance by establishing a Women Leadership Working Group to drive Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and PSEAH standards. Finally, it seeks to strengthen cross-network synergies and transparency through a centralized digital platform for knowledge sharing and policy dissemination.
