Former Chairman National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and Earthquake Reconstruction & Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA) More than 35 years, he has held various command, staff and instructional appointments including Instructor Ordnance College, General Staff Officer-II in Military Secretary Branch in General Headquarters (GHQ), Assistant Director Ordnance Services in Force Command Northern Areas, General Staff Officer-I in Military Operations Directorate in General Headquarters, Attache Defence Procurement in Washington (United States), Directing Staff of War College at National Defence University and Command and Staff College – Quetta, Commander Corps Logistics and Director General Procurement (Army). He is known for his significant contributions to Pakistan’s military and disaster management efforts. His leadership roles in various capacities have been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the organizations he has been part of. Currently associated with Pakistan Humanitarian Forum and Unity Foods Limited as Chairman Board of Directors.

Fahim Khan is a seasoned Program Development Professional and CSR Specialist with over 18 years of experience in Project and Program Management and Development, particularly in natural disasters and humanitarian crises, including conflicts and complex emergencies. He has a proven track record of planning and executing more than 50 projects across various sectors with multiple donor agencies. Fahim’s expertise encompasses donor reporting and liaison, project management, monitoring and evaluation, community empowerment, and capacity building. Currently, in his current role he manages the CSR portfolio at Mari Petroleum Company Limited, overseeing CSR interventions. Previously, he served as Head of Programs at the National NGO, where he planned and delivered programs, developed new initiatives, and prepared funding proposals. Fahim has also held roles as Co-Lead of the Food Security Cluster in Pakistan, Project Coordinator, and community engagement professional. Fahim is an alumni of the University of Massachusetts USA and member of several professional affiliations, including the IASC Taskforce on Accountability to Affected People and the IASC Taskforce for Duty of Care also remained part of High level UN Mission to South Sudan. He holds an M.Sc. in Development Studies from IM Sciences Peshawar, an M.A. in Urdu Literature from the University of Peshawar, and MS in Development Studies. He is also a seasoned trainer and provided training on various topics, including proposal writing, disaster risk reduction, and leadership management. Fahim has actively participated in regional and global forums and workshops, contributing his expertise to discussions on humanitarian response and disaster risk reduction.

Aamir Atta Bajwa is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Taimur Spinning Mills, a leading textile manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-quality yarn for the domestic and international market. With a passion for textiles and a deep understanding of the market, Mr Amir Bajwa has grown his business from the ground up, ensuring that the mill adheres to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. He was the President of Sargodha Chambers of Commerce and Industries (SCCI) and the Vice-President of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Mr Aamir also remain associated with different charitable organizations during the floods and earthquake emergency in Pakistan.

A development professional. He has worked at senior positions in leading organizations in development, humanitarian andprivate sectors and academia for over 20 years. He has held leadership positions in reputable organizations, including The World Bank, Asian Disaster Preparedness Centre (ADPC), Engro Corporation, Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO), Leadership for Environment and Development (LEAD) Pakistan, and WWF Pakistan. He has closely worked with national and sub-national governments, private sector, academia and civil society in Pakistan. He regularly writes on issues pertaining to climate change, natural disasters and public policy issues. possesses skills of developing situation analysis, damage assessments in disasters and emergencies, developing disaster response plans, business plans, design and executed multi-sector programs, forge strategic partnerships, engaged variety of
stakeholders and developed monitoring and impact evaluation frameworks for various organizations. He has vast experience of working with government departments and civil society organisations in all provinces of Pakistan. He has authored books and he writes regularly for leading national dailies/magazines on the issues pertaining to human development, climate change, natural disasters, human development and SDGs. He has been speaking on national and international forums.

Mr. Syed has built a distinguished career in law, marked by an impressive academic and professional trajectory. He completed his LLB from the University of London, followed by an LLM in Commercial Law from Cardiff Law School, Wales. This robust educational foundation laid the groundwork for his legal expertise. He has developed a robust dispute resolution practice. He represents multinational clients in contentious matters, regularly appearing before various national courts, including the Supreme Court of Pakistan, as well as regulators and tribunals in commercial, corporate, and regulatory disputes. His expertise extends to commercial arbitration, where he has successfully enforced the first foreign arbitral award in Pakistan under the New York Convention, 1958. He also serves as an arbitrator in various disputes involving public sector entities and foreign suppliers. In 2022, Mr. Raza was nominated by the Islamabad High Court for mediation training by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London. Since then, he has presided as an accredited mediator in various energy disputes, including those related to RLNG supply.
